0.5oz Fuggle/Willamette/EKent Goldings@5min
0.5oz Fuggle/Willamette/EKent Goldings(dry hop)
1/2 tsp Irish Moss @ 20min

Procedure

Mash:
* 3.5gal water @ 166F => 152F

Sparge:
* 4gal @ 170F

Boil:
* Boil for 60 min following hop schedule
* Final vol 5.15gal

Ferment:
* Cool to under 80F, pitch yeast
* Primary 3-7days, Secondary 1-2wks
