Recipe
3 lb Dark DME1.5 lb Inverted sugar
1 lb (12 fl oz) Honey
1oz Mugwort
2 oz Yarrow
1/4 oz Rosemary
30 cnt Juniper Berries
1/4 tsp Irish Moss
Procedure
Boil DME, honey, candi for 75 min1oz Mugwort and 1oz Yarrow for 60 min
1oz Yarrow for 30 min
Irish Moss for 15 min
Rosemary for 10 min
Juniper berries for 0 min (to sterilize, do not strain out)
Cool wort and pitch yeast
