Recipe

3.3lb Hopped Amber Malt Extract
2lb Light Dried Malt Extract
1oz Hop Pellets
1lb Weyermann Smoked Malt (for scotch ale)
1728 Scottish Yeast

Procedure

"True Brew" Amber Kit base
adds 1 lb Weyerman smoked malt
Need to know what kind of hops to add,
recipe doesn't have listing

Steep grains at 154F for 30-45 min
Bring to boil and remove from heat
add liquid malt, dried malt, hops
boil 30 min and cool
bring to 5 gal in primary and cool below 80F
before pitching
primary for 1 week,
prime with 5oz sugar and 1/2 cup water
