note:
brewed at ecosteve's house for TAH. Used his well water to top off (in theory full of contaminants). Guessing IG based on recipe.

note:
bit undercarbonated still but tasted. Bitter is too present and could do with more hop flavor/aroma so move to all late hop additions.

note:
rocky lasting head. having trouble even pouring - took days to settle down and pour cleanly at 4psi. very bitter and hoppy tho not as well rounded as many really hoppy beers. 2nd time i've really noticed the EKGold nose/flavor from dry hopping and don't think i like it.
there is a missing chord in the flavor profile. Bitter hoppy on the front and caramel maltiness at the finish but is missing some harmonizer.
