I think it was basic extract amber ale base so something like 2lb amber DME, 3.3lb amber LME, plus additions listed belowProcedure

Hickory smoked potatoes(3hr, lil burned) and carafoam in grain sock (1hr) 1lb Weyermann Carafoam (for head retention and body) mash: 3 gal water, 1 lb grain, sw. pot. @ 152F for 50min boil: glacier 0.5oz @ 40min glacier 0.5 oz @ 20min glacier 0.5 oz @ 10min yeast: Wyeast 1056 American Ale slap pack (25 billion!)
