Making for Shamrock/Lone Rider brew it forward. Didn't toast the oats due to Brew It Forward rules. Not entering now so that sucks but it'll still be a good beer.

note:
Gravity higher than expected due to final volume lower than expected, don't really want to add water to correct volume tho.

note:
tasted, good perhaps a bit under carbonated (8psi@40F 2.1vol). Bitter is a bit too present in aftertaste - wish the final volume had been correct.
Also think the dark malts are overstated, curious to see how it ages.

note:
final taste, keg kicked. Some bottled for aging which should improve. Given time the dark malts no longer feel overstated - I think this beer just needed more time to condition.

note:
Shamrock judges notes [31 points]:
Somewhat oxidated, grainy, malty carbonation/head good low hop bitterness, moderate roast, caramel, not fruity nicely balanced w/no sharpness. no hop character, nice roast malt flavor. bitterness does not linger. no astringency common to lots of dark malt
