Recipe

* 4lb 4oz roasted musquee de provence + 2 cups roasting juices
* 1/4lb Carapils
* 1/4lb Wheat Malt
* 3lb Amber DME
* 1cup (1/4lb) Lt brown sugar
* 1/4tsp ea. allspice, clove
* 1/2tsp ginger
* 1 cinnamon stick
* 0.5oz ea Liberty pellets @60 and 40min
* 1/4tsp irish moss @20min

* Pumpkin, chunked w/skin on, and malt 20min heat up + 30 min steep@152F + heated to 170F
* Brought wort to boil, rm from heat, added sugar malt, returned to boil followed hop schedule
* At 0min added spices
* cooled, brought to 2.5 gal, pitched scotch ale X4 yeast
