Yeast:
Beet Ale Vial - s-04 X2

Procedure

Mash:
* 50min, 4gal water @ 160F => 152F (150F ending temp)

Rinse:
* 2gal @ 170F (should be 1gal)

Boil:
* Boil for 60 min following hop schedule
* Ferment vol 4.0gal
