0.5oz Willamette[5.8%AA]@20min
1/2 tsp Irish Moss@20min
1 tsp bakers yeast (experiment)
Procedure
Mash:2.5-3gal@165F => 150F
Sparge:
3.25gal@170
Tilted cooler, pulled plug, let flow until grain bed strained well, recirculated 1st runnings then started continuous sparge from top.
Boil:
60min
Bottling:
Carbonated to 15psi@40F: 2.75vol

stil bubbling every 4s, very slow ferment but pleasant smelling. Aroma is sweet and fruity like banana. Ferment temp is ~68F
