* 35 Juniper berries* 3lb honey
* water to 1gal
* bakers yeast
Procedure
* Crush juniper berries* Add everything to fermenter, pitch yeast
* Ferment 7 days, rack, ferment until clear

racked to 2ndary to clarify. Added ~25 small wild juniper berries from Seeds (1/2 size of a pea, less than 1g).
Very wildflower nose, not sure much juniper flavor came through.
