Note:
The last porter attempt was underdone so hopefully this will be a bit better. I still don't think its going to be too far overboard like I wanted. This should still be a nice part of the entire butt. The odd hop schedule is to use up stock. All hops are pellets.
**Got malts with some gear i bought, they were already cracked and 3mon old

note:
not offensive at all, maybe slightly astringent. Very dark, descent body but hoped for more, chocolate, dried fruit, slightly nutty finish. Malty, tangy nose. Could stand up to more finishing hops.
Dry hopped with 1/4oz kent goldings pellets

note:
kegged ~3gal. bottled five 22oz. filled two 2L casks. Drank ~1pint mmmmmm.
Port-esque, dried fruit, roasted grain, alcoholic, heavy mouthfeel (should be perfect once carbonated). Similar tang to Sammy Smith Nut Brown Ale tho less pronounced.
