* 2qt water boiled w/14oz sugar
(Pitch Red Star Pasture Red yeast)
* Ferment 10 days
* Add 1 cup water + 14oz sugar
* Ferment 14 days
* Add 1 cup water + 14oz sugar
* Ferment to completion
