5.75oz crystal 120L
0.4oz Amarillo(8%AA)@50min
0.3oz Nugget(13%AA)@50min
0.5oz Centennial(9%AA)@0min
0.5oz Amarillo(8%AA)@0min
1tsp Irish Moss@20min
Durham Ale yeast

Procedure

Mash 6gal@157F => @152F for 60min
Bring Boil Volume to 6gal
Boil 70min

Ferment 68F (haha, yeah right)
