Never noted recipe, guessing its this:* 2lb 14oz honey (44oz jar David F's Durham Honey)
* ~3qt water
* pkg bakers yeast
Procedure
Never noted procedure, guessing its this:* heat water to 170F
* add honey, top off to 1gal
* allow to cool
* pitch yeast

bottled, unable to sample or take SG because it fit exactly into the bottles I picked. What a shame. Should have ended around 1.000 perhaps a little above. The dregs tasted slightly sweet, a little sour. It was hard to get a feel from such a small and dirty sample.
