Recipe
* 3.5lb wheat DME* 1lb biscuit malt (caraAmber)
* 2gal cider(1.043->5.375PG)
* 1tsp pie spices (2ndary)
* bittering hop [15ibu]
* hefe yeast
Procedure
* bring 1.5-2gal water to boil while steeping biscuit malt* add hops, wheat DME, boil for Nmin
*strain into fermenter and top with boiled water to 3gal
* when cooled to 75F add cider and pitch yeast
* ferment 7days
* boil 1 cup water, add spices, allow to cool a bit
* add spice infusion to 2ndary and rack beer on top
* leave in 2ndary additional 10 days
