0.5oz Willamette Whole Leaf(5.8AA)@60min
0.85oz Willamette Whole Leaf(5.8AA)@10min
0.5oz Willamette Whole Leaf(5.8AA)(dry hop)
1/2 tsp Irish Moss @ 20min

Procedure

Mash:
* 4gal water @ 160F => 152F

Rinse:
* 3gal @ 170F

Boil:
* Boil for 60 min following hop schedule
* Ferment vol 4.8gal
